07.01.2022 It was a privilege to cook for The Governor of South Australia, His Excellency The Honourable Hieu Van Le AC and his beautiful wife Mrs Lan Le yesterday. The most humble man Ive ever met who not only took the initiative to learn so much about us before coming to our restaurant but held my hands, looked me in the eyes and said I was once a refugee too, and now I represent the Queen. Can you believe it? It brought tears to my eyes as the story of my past brought nothing but pain but now here I am, getting to meet the most influential people. I guess the hard road of my life doesnt define how my book ends.
