25.01.2022 Hi all, We're happy to announce that our store will be reopening on Tuesday 5th May!! At this stage, we will only be open weekdays, between 9-4, with Saturdays to reopen at a later date. Our half price days will be cancelled also at this time.... Numbers will be limited inside the shop, and we ask that you think of those waiting, and keep your shop to around 30 minutes or less. Please ensure you practice social distancing at all times, whether in the store or outside lining up. There will be a sanitising unit outside the shop which we ask all of you to use before entering. Due to the large volume of stock in store, we are operating a second register in the carpark for the first few days. Please ensure all stock purchased outside is put in your car upon completion of your sale. We ask for your patience towards our volunteers and fellow customers at this time. The free area will continue to be open, as will our food pantry, for those in need. Stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you next week Phil and the crew.

24.01.2022 One more sleep to go!! Heaps of beautiful stock inside and out for you to purchase. Please ensure you listen to all staff with regards to social distancing, sanitising your hands etc. We want everyone to be safe.... Our second register will be operational outside all day, and all items outside MUST be purchased there. Please follow all the signs attached to cones for direction. We will also have a number of staff inside and outside the store to assist you to your car. Parking is available in the middle area in front of our store, and in the general car park to the left of the main roundabout. No parking is available directly in front of the shop, as we will have a number of items there on display. The drop off zone will still be operational. Please be aware of traffic whilst crossing the road in front of our shop. We are located at 4 Greenwich Crt Robina, and will be open each weekday from 9-4, with Saturdays to open at a later date. To whet your appetite, I thought I'd send you some photos of what isolation in an op shop looks like

20.01.2022 Hi everyone. In partnership with Our Church and their charity Love This City; Elevation Church and their charity Global Care; and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.... Newlife Church and its charity Newlife Care are able to provide free meals for people directly affected by COVID-19, and members of the community who are serving in essential services (especially those in the medical profession). The chefs and catering staff at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhib...ition Centre have prepared all the meals, and every container is labelled with the name of the meal, ingredients in the meal, and the date it was prepared. If this is you, please come down to us between 9am-4pm weekdays (excluding public holidays), and we'll be happy to bless you. Don't forget we have our food pantry operating as usual. If you are in need of groceries, hygiene and sanitary items, please see our wonderful reception staff in the admin building before coming over.
