24.01.2022 Since becoming a mother, I was shocked at the lack of rehab for women’s bodies postpartum & that I had to source it myself. A more structured care plan is given for a sprained ankle! Sign this petition to include Women’s Physio & adequate physical assessment as a compulsory part of pregnant and postpartum care for all mother’s. 11.01.2022 TomatoGnocchi WithChicken And Vegetables *Is also low FODMAP *Ingredients:... -1 packet gluten free gnocchi (I used the brand 'Simply Wize' from Coles or Woolworths) -Chicken -1 can crushed tomatoes (free from garlic and onion) -Fresh basil -Green onions (tops only) -1 cup broccoli -1 cup zucchini -2 large handfuls baby spinach -Garlic infused oil -Mixed dried herbs -Salt -Pepper -Chilli flakes -Smoked paprika -Parmesan cheese -Pine nuts *Method: -In pan on medium-high heat, wilt baby spinach in garlic infused oil then set aside -In same pan, cook chicken on medium-high heat -Chop zucchini and broccoli then steam until soft -In aseparate pot, cook gnocchi as per packet instructions -Once chicken,gnocchi and vegetables have cooked/steamed, add choppedgreen onions,vegetables, baby spinach and gnocchi to chicken pan -Add can crushed tomatoes and all seasonings and stir through -Let summer for 15 minutes -Serve withpinenuts,basil and parmesan cheese

04.01.2022 As of 12pm today, the PM has ordered all gyms to close, so unfortunately no access to the gym will be available until further notice. During this time, and until rules change again, we will be continuing one on one and small group PT sessions outdoors and abiding with the social distancing and current hygiene guidelines. 02.01.2022 Why is weight training so important? Well, one reason is prevention and management of osteoporosis which affects almost 1 million Australians. By the age of 15, one third of girls will stop playing sport, leaving them to either train themselves or become pretty sedentary.... Osteoporosis is not usually something that is thought of until a later age, it is the loss of calcium in bones, making them more prone to fractures. Strength training helps to reduce the rate of bone loss, lowering the risk of fractures. This is something that happens over time, so why not use your training time wisely to make sure you’re incorporate weight bearing exercises?
