20.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Living on the Peninsula or in Melbourne, it's quite normal to watch the seasons play tug of war. We might have a really cold day in November with rain and then really warm temperatures the next day. Personally I want to know whether it's time to put on sandles and summer clothes and put away the boots! Being suspended between two changing worlds is rough. I can especially relate to this when it came to smoking or losing weight. It's so easy for many of us t...o see that we want to change our smoking/eating behaviour and quit altogether or eat well, yet we cling to ideas and activities that are attached to our destructive behaviour. Holding on while letting go can be such a mental struggle, yet if we allow ourselves to see the freedom and beauty that awaits us by letting go, we can find the strength to change our season! The wonder of that first warm balmy day, the footprints in the sand, it's unspoilt, fresh and new.
