25.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Just wanted to take the time to thank all our wonderful customers for being understanding in regards to our changes in store. Our protective measures are clearly working as we all remain healthy! Throughout the last two months New Look Eyewear has remained open to provide quality care to anyone requiring it. Locals taking care of locals! Rest assured, that as restrictions slowly lift we will be maintaining our cleaning and distancing measures. Ot...herwise it's business as usual! For those that aren't familiar with us, we are a locally owned independent practice that has been taking care of the vision needs of Maitland locals for almost 30 years. Come in for a chat with Alison, Craig, Jenny or Joyce and be reminded of what good old-fashioned customer service is and what quality care is all about! We are open every day but are currently still closing early Tuesdays and Fridays. Please phone, message or email for exam appointments. Stay safe and see you soon! 12.01.2022 Greetings everyone! Just wanted to let you know that New Look Eyewear is still open for business! Due to the new and increasingly stricter requirements and conditions, we have decided to close this Friday 27th and Saturday 28th March. We will reopen on Monday 9am for normal business and let you know if our regular hours will be impacted again later in the week.... Steps we are taking to protect our staff and customers: * Our waiting area has been rearranged in line with the new regulations on social distancing. * All surfaces, seats and equipment are sanitised after each customer. * Everyone entering the store is expected to wash their hands at a wash station or apply sanitiser before trying on frames and sunglasses or entering waiting areas or consultation rooms. * Anyone trying on frames or sunglasses are given their own labeled basket to place touched items in, which are then sanitised before placing back on display. We ask anyone who is currently having symptoms of flu to please reschedule or defer eye appointments. If you require urgent care, please phone ahead to let us know. Contact lens customers with a current prescription can order by phone or email to make sure they have enough in the eventuality of a lock down. We would like to thank all our wonderful customers for their understanding at this difficult time and would like to reassure you that New Look Eyewear is committed to taking care of your health and your optical needs.
