25.01.2022 Doors..doors..doors...painting doors.

24.01.2022 This one is from a while back.A large single-level rear deck.Constructed from treated pine instead of hardwood to keep costs low.The decking boards were run on a 45 degree angle to add a bit of contrast.

24.01.2022 All work carried out by Newman Home Improvements except for plastering and electrical.

24.01.2022 Recently completed garage make-over.Storage cabinets installed,shelving to side and rear wall.Freshly painted floor gives a nice clean surface.

24.01.2022 Been finishing up lots of small jobs recently. Install of a new laundry benchtop....square-edge white laminate....affordable and neat.

23.01.2022 Recent fencing job completed in Ormeau.A 25 metre rear fence and a couple of side gates.

22.01.2022 Small tiling job on this straight line kitchen last week.Charcoal floor tiles and black subway tiles for the splashback.

Looking for some new renos....and we have a new Newman joined the crew - Dan who is a qualified painter & decorator with over ten years experience - Newman & Newman...it's a family affair!

18.01.2022 No more mowing!!Decorative white stones on top of a layer of weed mesh.Problem solved.

18.01.2022 Using Merbau hardwood to screen off the water tank.The timber looks great after a couple of coats of stain.

10.01.2022 No 'Before' photos on this one unfortunately......just a few of the end result.The kitchen was originally all white.....cabinets,floor tiles.....everything.The overhead cabinets were re-built to make the most of wasted space either side of the range hood.All cabinets were re-faced with a glossy charcoal look and new handles were also fitted.Wild ash laminate flooring completes the make-over.

09.01.2022 A large rear deck......using treated pine for the sub-frame and merbau for the top boards.All boards are secured using secret fixings........so no splinters in your feet!Finished with a couple of coats of natural oil,mulch to the surrounds and a shade sail overhead.

07.01.2022 Alfresco make-over.Tiled...... and a privacy screen installed and painted.

06.01.2022 Ha no he doesn't know it yet...but I am the marketing manager....need suggestions for a new name though (not Neal) I mean Newman Interiors....as we feel it only describes one aspect of his work....he also has been doing painting/gardening/house maintenance/locks/complete house renos....

06.01.2022 Lions Club Community Hall in Cleveland freshly painted.On to the exterior......more pics to follow.

05.01.2022 Another paint job completed.This was a walls only job for us.The customer wanted to finish the ceilings and woodwork themselves.The walls were patched,sanded back and then had 2 coats of Dulux wash n wear applied.All ready for new tenants.

03.01.2022 Also recently completed the re-paint of 'The Lions Club' in Cleveland.Hallway and kitchen were the final two rooms for the interior. Looking nice and fresh.

03.01.2022 off to see a couple men about a couple of jobs today in Ormeau....both are repeat work.....hurry up business cards!
