23.01.2022 We are a registered Covid Safe Business Safety Plan The safety and well-being of our passengers and staff is always our priority. We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, adhering to Government advice and are taking steps to help keep us all safe. An assurance from all passengers, prior to travel, that they have not been in contact with someone or shown symptoms of Covid-19, travelled overseas or been in direct contact with anyone whom has recently ...travelled overseas. Hand sanitiser is provided at each entrance to the coach and all passengers are required to use it on boarding the coach. Passengers to be asked to bring hand sanitiser on tour for personal use outside the coach. At each stop all heavy use areas are wiped down by the coach driver Waiver of the social distancing guidelines for groups on the tour in line with the airlines. Any suppliers eg hotels, attractions used on the tour will need to provide their COVID-19 hygiene guidelines before being included in the tour. While at any of the suppliers, where other members of the public have visited the tour group to maintain social distancing from anyone not on the tour. In addition to our regular stringent cleaning of coaches, we are also completing the following practices: Regular anti-bacterial wiping of all touchable surfaces. This includes seat handles, grab rails, toilet door handles and the on board restroom facilities. Increased disinfectant cleaning of the air-conditioning filters. Spraying the interiors of the coaches on a regular basis throughout the day with an anti-bacterial spray. Additionally, we are also providing hand sanitiser on board our coaches at the entry point for our client and staff use. Entry into venues staff will be provided with a COVID -1 tracing Register done by our company with your name and contact number and area you are from. We’re reminding everyone who uses our Coach to follow guidance from public health authorities. If you’re asked to wear a mask, please bring one with you or we may supply you with one. The case definition for a person suspected to have COVID-19 has been amended, removing the ‘person under investigation’ category. Anyone who has travelled to mainland China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, America, Indonesia and Cambodia and who has symptoms compatible with COVID-19 is now considered a suspected case. If you’re sick please stay home and away from others. Wash your hands frequently and cover your cough or sneeze and avoid shaking hands.
