His main goal has always been to get some heavy weight lifted! & LOOK AT THOSE LEGS. His 8RM Squat has increased 40kg in 4 weeks! ... Getting his Squats up to 110 and Deadlifts to 130kg and only weighing 74kg Arran has also dropped body fat from his lower back and abdomen. So proud mate!! 17.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION Awesome work from @mattmcveigh! Thankyou for putting your faith in my hands after deciding it was time for a change! Having had a year or so off the gym and needing a push to get back into it; we put together a program and meal tracking to have him dropping fat and building muscle the whole time. Matt dropped from 107kg to 84kg when he completed 2 x 12 week programs with me by distance/online. We were able to catch up every 4 weeks with some added sessi...ons but kept most tracking to online.
