25.01.2022 #Repost @masterbuildersvic with @make_repost @newpol_construction is a nominee for the Best Renovation/Addition Over $1M award at the 2020 Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Housing Awards. The goal of refurbishing and extending this original, 160-year-old Victorian mansion was to bring the building into the present day while maintaining as much of its original features as possible. The works required significant internal reconfiguration of the existing structure, wit...h many rooms changing their geometry and their use entirely. Many unknowns were identified once construction began with a high level of craftsmanship required to work in the new finishes. Newpol Constructions is known for taking on complicated and challenging projects in both the public and private sector. 21.01.2022 PROJECT COMPLETION || Mornington Community Hub was successfully delivered earlier this year in collaboration with @jmaarchitects and @ourpeninsula Construction of councils new community and child care facilities spanned across almost 1300m2 and incorporated a new 44 space car park. @emily_bartlett_photography

21.01.2022 After a challenging 2020 for all, it was a special day on Friday to finally get (most) of the Newpol team together @jackalopehotels to unwind and thank them all for their hard work and resilience through this unprecedented year. They have done an incredible job and we couldn’t think of a better team to go into 2021 with! To all our clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers we want to thank all of you for your support, as without you we couldn’t do what we do. We wish everyone a very safe and happy Holiday period and we will see everyone back when our offices re-open on the 4th January.

14.01.2022 NEW PROJECT // Ilim College : We are returning to Ilim College to complete our third project. This stage will include 2500m2 over two levels, providing 12 GPC’s, a wellbeing and special needs centre, staff admin and student multipurpose/ conference facility.

13.01.2022 NEW PROJECT || Newpol have been engaged by the VSBA and @billardleece to construct Bellarine SC’s new VCE centre. The facility incorporates Science and Technology laboratories with staff prep areas, an arts studio, seminar room and collaborative learning spaces. The student hub includes a kitchen, communal and quiet study areas. There is also staff, carer and careers offices. Externally there will be 3,000m2 of hard and soft landscaping and planting. We are really excited to commence this project and continue our presence in the greater Geelong area.

10.01.2022 STRATHMORE SC UPDATE|| The team is doing an amazing job tracking 10 weeks ahead of program. Scaffold has been dropped to allow the completion of external cladding and curtain wall glazing. Internal fit-out is pushing along with joinery, metalwork and flooring being installed with all wet areas complete. Final push! @haskell.architects

04.01.2022 PROJECT COMPLETION || Park St Mixed Use. One of our more challenging sites to date, but a pleasure as always working with @clarkehopkinsclarke, @tobylauchlan , Brilliant Fotune & @ctrealestateau to deliver this two levels of commercial office space, two levels of residential and penthouse roof terrace. A fantastic result for all, with special mention to our project team who persevered to make this happen through the depths of Covid. Great effort!
