09.01.2022 Custom Residential Building Design Service in the local Peel Region. Whilst during these quieter times it has given me some time to spend on this future design. I have been playing and altering this future design that has been on my mind for a while now and it continues to evolve every moment that I review it. This has also given me a renewed focus for NewScape Design Group for 2020 and going forward. I want to be able to offer the local Mandurah and surrounding communities ...as well as our local builders, a highly customer focused driven Building Design and Drafting service but not just for Residential, but also the Commercial and Industrial sectors too. Whilst I operate a little differently to most other Building Designers and Draftspeople, my primary focus is the clients and the clients' needs which enables me to provide a comprehensive, concise and accurate set of design to working drawings allowing your dreams become a reality. As you can see from the images I use a 3D BIM- (Building Information Management) system which allows clients to see what the end result will or may look-like. I have had many years of experience on building sites from a labouring capacity to Project Management which has given me a high level of exposure and experience in the Building and Construction industry and its various facets.
