Between 10am and 10.30am on June 27, a 14-year-old girl was inside a department store at a shopping centre at Wembley Road when a man has walked towards her. She attempted to walk around the man and he deliberately walked into her inappropriately touching her. The girl walked away from the man who continued shopping in the store.
