08.01.2022 Mid-Autumn Festival (China's second grandest festival after Chinese New Year) is not until 1st October, but we're starting the celebrations early. Due to popular demand, our famous mooncakes are available now at our Ashfield Workshop store and Chatswood Chase restaurant. Stay tuned to find out when you'll be able to find them in other New Shanghai restaurants.

07.01.2022 Get your hands and mouths around our mooncakes this Mid-Autumn! Some will light lanterns, others will parade under the full moon and more will look for love. One thing almost everyone does is hang out with their family and eat mooncakes a baked Chinese pastry topped with symbols of prosperity and fortune. Mid-Autumn Festival is not until 1st October, but we're starting the celebrations early. Due to popular demand, our famous mooncakes are available for takeaway, fresh...ly baked or frozen for your convenience! Frozen Moon Cakes baking methods include: 1. Defrost frozen moon cakes 2. Pre heat oven to 160C 3. Baked for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown 4. Then flip to the other size and baked another 3-5minutes Alternatively, place frozen mooncakes in a preheat oven and bake for 25 minutes.
