08.01.2022 NBN Network Outage There is a fibre issue quite high up on the network, beyond our control so we are not sure yet what the issue is, please see here for updates: https://myaccount.newsprout.com.au/serverstatus.php UPDATE: 6:30 pm... Technicians are on-site and conducting repairs to broken fibre optic cables. UPDATE: 8:00 pm Technicians are still conducting repairs to fibre optic links. No ETA from upstream as yet. 04.01.2022 ** NBN Outage in Byron Bay and Suffolk Park ** Update from NBN 24/6/20: Technician visiting the site advised overnight works are not possible due to HS&E concerns because of an on-going construction works in the area. Civil works is also required and there is no temporary fix possibility. No ETA for civil works at this stage.... (Also we note there is a Telstra 4G outage in the area.) We will update here and on our site once we receive progress notifications from upstream NBN.
