25.01.2022 Our Graduating Class of 2020.

25.01.2022 Hi everyone! I hope you have all had a great Christmas break. We are in the final week of holidays and quite a few things are happening around the school ground. The big promise to the students over the last two years is to have an oval with grass for them to play on all year round. Ian Garsed and Mark Oxley have been hard at work organising turf and 3/4 of it has been completed already thanks to a number of amazing parents. To complete the final part we are hoping to get ...some volunteers this Friday morning at 8am to assist with rolling out the last of the turf and some other odd jobs around the yard. Please contact Ian Garsed on 0408143454 if you can help out! Regards, Kathy Callander

04.01.2022 Dear families, School is back on Monday! We look forward to seeing all our students Monday 5th October between 8:45 am and 9am. There has been no change to procedures put in place in response to Covid-19 from last term. For next week we will follow the current guidelines sent out including temperatures checks for all student and staff before entering class. Please be patient with staff as this will take time to check each student. Staff will meet students at the front entran...ce and the gate between the playground and art room to be checked. If your child is ill or is feeling unwell, they must not attend school. They must remain home and seek medical advice. Parents are not able to come onto the school grounds and must wear masks while social distancing near gates. Bus travelers will line up as normal for the school bus. Staff will be at the gates to supervise the students leaving the school grounds. Unfortunately no students or families can use the school playgrounds after school. Things to Remember: All computers and school materials sent home in term 3 must return to school on Monday. The computers with their chargers need to be left at the office to be checked and reconfigured for school use ASAP. Bubble taps are not in use. All children are required to bring their own drink bottle that are clearly labeled with their name. These can be refilled throughout the day from inside the classroom or the taps attached to the bubble taps. Please make sure your children come to school with their school hats. No food can shared at school, unfortunately no birthday cakes can be brought in for children’s birthdays. Late arrivals and early pick-ups: Keeping in line with meeting Covid-19 guidelines regarding parents not being permitted on-site during school times, we are asking parents who are bringing their children to school late, to please ring to advise when their child is entering the school grounds. To support the health and wellbeing of all our students and staff, our school will continue an enhanced cleaning routine and will encourage frequent hand washing. If you have any questions or need to speak to your child’s teacher please ring through to school on Monday morning. Regards, Kathy Callander
