16.01.2022 Happy hump day, Movers Many of you let me know that you've suffered from lower back pain. Some of you said it was chronic, niggling or recurrent, and some said it was just a one-time thing. But even amongst those of you who suffered from a one-time episode, nearly ALL of you said that changed the way you move! Back pain- any pain- can have effects on our muscle activation patterns and habits, which in turn can create a viscious cycle of muscle weakness and pain. That's t...he bad news... The good news is that it can be reversed through movement So, if you've ever suffered from back pain and things still feel less than ideal (eg. your lower back is always a little tight and stiff, perhaps kinda niggly)- this video is for YOU. It's all meditation without the sitting still because I KNOW I can't be the only one who struggles *hard* with your classic "close your eyes and do nothing" meditation.
