01.01.2022 Newton Moore Education Support Where I learn to...work Our Goal is to ensure that our students graduate from Newton Moore ESC well prepared for their future life after school. We aim to ensure a smooth transition by providing each student with the support they need to achieve this outcome. Workplace learning enables schools and industry to work together to provide opportunities for students in Years 10, 11 and 12 to prepare for the workplace. ... Through participation in a workplace learning program students can develop and demonstrate increasing competence in the core skills for work, often referred to as generic, transferable or employability skills. Working together benefits both the student and the industry. From students developing first-hand experience to Businesses helping develope a students understanding of the workplace and their expectations and standards. #whereIlearnto #nmesc #supportcentre #support #students
