25.01.2022 We are thrilled to offer our NCC community the opportunity to join Sunday yoga classes with the amazing Stella Chambers from @shinyyoga Stella will be offering two regular Sunday classes - Vinyasa Flow (4:30pm) and gentle Yin class (5:45pm). These are a perfect complement to your week's adjustments. Both classes will run for 1hr and the fun all begins on Sunday August 2nd. While the classes are open to the public, for any of our NCC community we've added an additional specia...l: If you have been adjusted during the week preceding the class, the price for the class becomes $10 on the day (you can check her booking link below for regular prices). Of course, you're welcome to stay around for both classes, but the discount only applies to one session each week. Online bookings are through the Shiny Yoga website.
