Variety is the spice of life so mix it up during the week and eat them with falafel, omelette, in wraps, with tuna or on toast with avo. Load up with herbs and spices for an extra punch. 17.01.2022 Hi Petra, Not sure if you’ve seen my post re the beautiful birth of our baby daughter Luna Rae Born 29th Oct... you’re a genius! At 7:48am Weight 3215 grams ... It was the powerful, swift, positive, empowering vbac I was hoping for! with contractions beginning at 10:30pm the night before. I’m so over the moon happy that I was able to achieve the birth experience I wished for. Certainly a surprise being a girl because I felt so sure it was a boy. Thank you again. I know your magic has helped with bringing our gorgeous girl earth side to make up our family of four This is what it’s all about. Welcome to the NNF family little Luna. You are perfect

Welcome to the NNF fam little Sullivan Gavan, you complete this little family of three. What a brave Mumma to bring you and your big sister in to this world, despite the challenges that she faced. You have made her family complete. ... Massive congratulations @bry_zeee. What a perfect addition to your already pretty special family (I might be slightly biased ) This is her message to this community: Thanks so much Petra for helping to bring my two beautiful babes into this world. Little Sullivan took a bit longer than planned with a miscarriage and lots of failed IVF cycles. He was my last chance and now he’s in my arms for life. He was worth the wait and worth all those countless acupuncture sessions with you and your team. Karl Najjar, who you recommended, gave me such a beautiful caesarean birth for Florence and Sullivan. Sullivan’s was extra special though, with lots of skin on skin and even a breast feed in theatre. I’m so glad I didn’t give up. My little family is complete at last and I know how lucky I am, and so very grateful for the village of people, and western and eastern medicine, that helped to bring us all together. This mumma’s heart is full! I just love these images of him, his protestation at being born into the cold air . See more

03.01.2022 We have done our very best this year to stay open, provide a safe and calm space to continue your care. We have been very flexible and understanding of late cancellations during the heights of the pandemic, but now that we are getting back to 'covid normal' we are needing to re-instate our cancellation policy. We are a very busy clinic, with many patients awaiting appointments on our standby list. We don't want to use this, so PLEASE let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable attend, so we can find an appointment for others needing our support.
