11.01.2022 Today all of Stage 2 participated in a special NAIDOC Week Virtual Language Lesson. Uncle Michael Jarrett taught us some Gumbaynggirr language and told us some Dreaming stories. We loved learning new words in Gumbaynggirr and learning about Indigenous cultures. We looked up Gumbaynggirr Country on a map of Indigenous Australia and learned that it was in northern NSW. #NAIDOC2020 @NSWEducation #reconciliationaustralia
