18.01.2022 It’s always a challenge to figure out how to best use the limited spaces we have in our homes. Here we have some before and after photos of a small laundry Reno we just completed. The client’s family are from out of town so when they visit they usually stay for a couple of days. It was for this reason they wanted the guest room to have an ensuite so the visitors could have some personal space without inconveniencing the rest of the family. This gave them an affordable and practical outcome.

05.01.2022 Removing a wall (or two) and opening up a room is a great way to increase the floor space and bring the family together. But it has to be done right. As you can see, the cypress pine flooring has been staggered back through to leave a seamless finish ready for polishing. You can’t even tell there was ever a wall there.

04.01.2022 It’s summertime... the best time to be sitting out on the deck, relaxing with a cool drink, chatting with friends or having some me time. This deck had seen better days. The finish was blistered and peeling. We freshened it up with a sand, high pressure clean, and new decking oil... and doesn’t it look great?! It looks like the sort of place you’d like to spend your chill time, doesn’t it?
