10.01.2022 Some days I am running around like a chicken without a head and suddenly I think...."I'm starving!" But what I have often realised is that it's not actually hungry but really thirsty or dehydrated. Here are 7 Hacks I found helps me to stay hydrated through out the day 1. As soon as you wake up ... in the morning, have a glass of water 2. Keep it at room temperature to maximise hydration 3. By adding fruit to your water gives it a delicious taste (try strawberry and mint or lemon & lime) 4. Don't wait until you are thirsty...drink regularly during the day 5.
