25.01.2022 And thats a wrap for 553 Hay street Perth. The team have worked flawlessly this past few days, stripping out level 10. With no room for any onsite storage or bin tipping we modified one of our hooklift bins to make it mobile to go into the undercroft carpark. Bins were unloaded and quickly moved into position inside the building with no delay to tennants. We would like to thank the guys over @ Spectrum West for the oppurtunity to work with them on this project. ... Off to the next job in the morning.

20.01.2022 Wow we have been busy the past few weeks. From building road shoulders and turning lanes to moving 1300m2 of composting mulch to driveway preps and sand deliveries we have done it all lately. We can do any sort of demolition earthworks drainage landscaping retaining or concrete works. We can do small and large jobs, hit us up for more info.

13.01.2022 A few pics from a job completed overnight at Altone Park Shopping Centre for Pindan Constructions Precast panel removal using concrete pulveriser, including removal of brick support coloumns and structural steel roof ready for the shopping centre to re open in the morning.

13.01.2022 We have been very busy over the last 6 months, Covid19 has not slowed us down. Here is a precast entry statement we Removed at Altone Park SC for Pindan Constructions Yesterday. The team executed the well thought out plan perfectly, and the end result was a job well done and a happy client.

13.01.2022 What a great way to end the week. We are extremely pleased to announce we have been awarded Stage 2 of the On Floor Works @2forty St Georges tce. This has come on the back of an extremely successful completion of stage 1, even though Stage 2 went to competitive tender with other builders and contractors, The team at Built. Along with our help were able to secure the next stage. We look forward to delivering another succesful stage for these great clients. ... 07.01.2022 We have just completed the first of 9 stair removals inside 240 St Georges tce. The work was not without its challenges but the team worked out a thorough plan that covered all bases. The end result was a safe and timely removal of the stair section in just one night ready for the new infill slab section.

07.01.2022 This week we had the pleasure of doing a job that we love! A big shout out to the Esperance Motorcycle club for having us down this week to rebuild their MX track ahead of the WAMX Inc 2020 State round series. With major changes to around 50% of the track and a full refurbishment on the other 50% the track, it is looking prime ahead of the 2020 series. Some of the major changes include, new first corner layout, addition of small step up, a large step up to step down, roller s...ection, elevated hip corners, inside rollers along with a few little custom touches. The clubs main priority was to provide a national level track with the safety of all levels of riders in mind. We worked closely with Club President Mick Lieback to ensure that all new sections met or exceeded the club members expectations and also would set the scene for a fantastic season opener for the 2020 state round series. The club still has a few finishing touches to put on the track before it is opened to its members, but we are pretty confident they will be smiling when the roll of the gate for the first time. We would like to thank the great club members who came down and helped out this week. 05.01.2022 Another big night Make Smoking History Pinjar Park Motorcycle Speedway.. Speedway Sidecar #6 taking the the win in the A final. The boys had some work to do early on, but came through the heats and made the passes needed to qualify straight to the A final on equal top points. After some small adjustments to the bike, theRoad & Race Motorcycles machine jumped out the gate and lead every lap to the chequers. ... The boys are getting better and better every-time they get on the bike, and we couldnt be prouder to be part of their program. Looking forward to see if they can back it up in Kalgoorlie next weekend. Well done fellas. #scabberforthewin

04.01.2022 Just recently The MCS team competed at the 2018 ATVMX Nationals at Collie. It was a great weekend and Nexdem were Extremely proud to be part of the Teams success story. We also provided machinery and operators for the track prep leading up to the event and during the event. It was a huge task but we had a ball.

04.01.2022 For the last few months we have been super busy, and the boys have been turning out some great work. But the past two weeks the track team have been bisy prepping not 1 but 2 separate tracks for the opening junior and senior rounds of the WAMX Inc state round series. Unfortunatley last week despite our best efforts the weather was against us at WJMC wanneroo Junior Motocross Club (Inc) and it got a bit muddy. This week we have been blessed with some great weather and we hav...e had to get plenty of water into the track. We have prepped and ripped it ready for the senior round on Sunday and it is looking amazing. If tou have some spare time tommorow head down to Lightweight Motorcycle Club and have a look at the state best riders go to battle.

Which is nearing completion Danny and the crew Have been doing a stirling job out there in such a sensitive environment and having to work over live HV Sewer and Fire main services has had its challenges but tge crew have taken in their stride and got the job done to the complete satisfaction of the client.
