16.01.2022 Important notice - application processing We have received a very high number of applications and are working hard to get applications processed as quickly as p...ossible. Please know that we are doing everything we can to assess the huge volume of tradie and contractor registrations we’ve received. Applications are assessed in the order they are received and then complete and eligible tradies and contractors are uploaded to the website at the end of each day. If applications are incomplete, they will take longer. We have mobilised a large team of people to do the assessments. They will be working over the Easter break to ensure we have all registrations assessed by Tuesday 14 April 2020 and eligible businesses listed online. If you accurately answered all of the online application form, and you are likely to be eligible, you will be registered for the scheme. While you are waiting for your registration to be finalised and added to the website, you can continue to work with home owners and put in quotes. Likewise, a home owner can submit an application with your quote if you’ve completed your registration but it hasn’t been approved yet. Please consider how many quotes you provide as works need to be able to be completed in 3 months. No extensions will be provided on vouchers. In the interest of equity, we’re assessing the applications in the order they were received. We will not assess any home owner applications until all tradies and contractor registrations are complete. Getting all the tradies and contractors registered is our first priority. For further enquiries please email the relevant email address and we will respond within two business days. We also recommend that you review the terms and conditions as you may find the answer to your question there. Reminder: works cannot commence until your application has been approved and voucher issued.

Thank you for your support and trusting us with your jobs, it’s because of you all that this has been our most successful year to date. We are very humbled and appreciate every job, big and small.... Just letting you all know we will still be undertaking maintenance or emergency work (except for Dec 31st - 2nd January for obvious reasons) but are unavailable for quoting new jobs until the 15th January.
