17.01.2022 Big congrats to Mikaela Hayman who took out the NexGen 6 week challenge. . Mik lost 13.5cm in measurements. Dropped 4.5kgs. Shredded off 3.9% Body Fat. Ranked 2nd in overall Attendance Points...... Placed 4th in her Photo Transformation. And had the 3rd biggest improvement in her physical testing... . A deserving winner overall with such great consistency in all categories!
