16.01.2022 Another one down before the fast approaching Christmas break!! It sure is silly season,but the next level team are working hard to keep up with our busy schedule. This 650m2 roof was tiled with the Boral Shingle terracotta tile! Giving it a modern look with the flat profile, but also giving the owner the longevity lifespan of the terracotta tile. 08.01.2022 Its been awhile since our last post. Been to busy on the tools to post lately. The Next level team re roofed this old leaky roof, replacing the old concrete tiles with a new terracotta shingle roof. Keeping that heritage look about it really tops off this lovely home in Kensington.

07.01.2022 Day 3 and jobs looking beautiful all the boys put in effort today and did a marvellous job really happy with the outcome

05.01.2022 Todays progress on a 1500m2 job in Dural. Taking the biggest side of the roof today around 220m.

05.01.2022 First roof down for the year! Around 400m2 of 100 year old terracotta tiles came off and were replaced with terracotta Monier Marseille tiles in earth colour. This roof was old and fatigued, we replaced all flashings including chimneys, valley irons, wall flashings and penetrations. The old scriber board gables have now been converted to bed and point gables, removing the old rotten facia timbers. This finish was chosen as its 100%water tight and no open areas for wildlife to find its way into the roof.
