25.01.2022 We’ve all seen and heard the slogans New Year, New You Make 2021 the year you get fit ... How about you just start with moving and sweating. We offer 6 week training blocks that are supportive of YOUR level of fitness. A small group environment, with a qualified Personal Trainer Classes will start on the 18th Jan and are held at Waratah Oval Sutherland, on a Monday and Thursday mornings. We also offer a Wednesday afternoon class from 4.00pm These classes aren’t designed for the boot camp crazed set. They are about enjoying the company of the group and starting what you promised you’d do years ago Like a coffee, so do we. Kick back at the end of the session with whatever coffee you have (too many to list!!!) and talk rubbish until work calls. PM for details.

We have a great group of people to jump in with if you are by yourself, or bring someone else and get involved together. 21.01.2022 We all Train towards something. Last weekend 5 years of training came to fruition and I was Invited to sit my 4th Degree blackbelt Examination. Some goals can be short term, others require a certain level of commitment and perseverance. Never lose sight of those longer goals even when they can't yet be seen over the horizon. Every Destination begins with a Journey, and it is that Journey that makes us appreciate the Destination that much more. ... And sometimes the journey itself is the most rewarding part as we learn more about ourselves and others along the way. To paraphrase from my favourite Author, " It is not the first step that is the most important, but the Next one and the one after that."

I’ll be running 3x 45 min outdoor group fitness session a week starting on the 18th of January. Monday and Thursday 6:10am Wednesday 4:00pm ...
