Catch every pass with your outside hand (right on the right and left on the left). Sequence: 1 dribble shot 1 dribble- 1 push dribble pull up 1 dribble - step back to 3 shoot Repeat from start. 5 spots around the court (baselines, 45s and point) Must make 5/7 to move onto the next position. If you fail 1 position you go back to the start and go to 0. Every make counts as a point. You have 3 mins to get the highest score you can!

09.01.2022 On the weekend we had 5/8 players from our Next Level Elite Women’s team suit up. 4 of those 5 suiting for Cockburn in Lauren Thompson, Ruby Benn, Taryn Preistly and Izzy Miotti who had a player of the game performance. (Maddy Hooper not pictured suited for her first game with Perry Lakes) With Jennie Rintala still to come back from Europe, Kiera Dunhill and Tessa Miotti on the verge of earning a contract we are very proud!
