22.01.2022 Do these goggles belong to anyone, as they were left at last Monday’s session?
14.01.2022 Attention: Ski Paddlers! The session on Tuesday AM is ON again this week & will start on the north side of the beach at Maroochydore with Ryan from 5.30am sharp! The session on Saturday AM from La Balsa Park Beach will start from 6am sharp - this is the normal 10am session, but I have a personal commitment that I need to attend which is why it has been put on earlier.... 06.01.2022 OCEAN SWIMMING SESSIONS! The first ocean swim session before Christmas was well attended in some good conditions, as you can see from the picture. The session was based more around Firm Endurance & understanding the correct course which posed some challenges!! The 2nd session is on this coming Thursday the 14th of January and will start at 10:30am sharp from the Cheese Block Park Lifeguard Tower in Mooloolaba. This session will have more of a speed focus as well as working on... swimming as direct as possible during the course of efforts. Remember the aim is to help you develop more comfort in the ocean so that your ability can shine through in your competitive performances in the business end of the season that is fast approaching. Swimming in a pool compared to the ocean provides a very different experience, which requires a slightly different mindset and set of skills in order to perform well. We hope to see you on Thursday!
