19.01.2022 Online GROUP fitness classes (45 mins) every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at 6pm and SATURDAY at 8:15am. You will get a full body workout that targets a wide range of muscles as well as activating the core. The session will also focus on cardio fitness. Direct message Gary for more details.
