25.01.2022 Oh oh no....... our Lotto machine is sick and doesn’t want to work at the moment. We are in discussion with Lotterywest to see where or what the issue is so please bear with us. We do have back up plans in place should it not be resolved later this morning/today. We like to chat to you and get to know you a little, sometimes we engage you in our little jokes and fun. Sometimes we even take the Mickey out of our customers. That way we are able to see what our customers would like to see more, or less of, on our shelves.... That being the case we will avoid putting the prices of products up as we want to see you in the shop. It has been known for some people to find out the price and not come to talk to us and experience the service we offer and also dont see the quality of the product (cheaper is not always better) or some alternative lines we carry, as we only showcase a few of the products. Please dont be offended at the lack of price information, sometimes its because we cant remember the price by the time the post is seen, which is often scheduled days before. You will hear lots of banking as work gets underway to replace and repair the holes where the rain came in. 10.01.2022 THANK YOU to all our customers for your patience whilst we change the look of nextra Merredin. There is no doubt that renovations are both stressful and time consuming. Things can also be a little confusing as we are still obligated to provide a safe environment for our staff and customers during the global pandemic and we HAVE to adhere to the rules of social distancing. We are trialling a number of "queue systems" to keep everyone safe. Feedback has seen us remove the... signs as "there are too many" and reduce down to an entry and exit along with a Queue here please. If you need ANY HELP at all please ask. We have also had to move some items away to make room - it may be packed in a safe place where we can easily grab it for you if you cant see it on the shelves. During the renovations/face lift we are not allowing anyone without foot wear into the shop as we cant guarantee there wont be any stray screws, nails, glass, or other sharp objects on the floor. Just a few pics of the progress and to show whats happening behind the black plastic.
