22.01.2022 Top Tips To Reduce Muscle Soreness Ease into your workout by warming up well and don't forget to stretch afterwards. Recovery is just as important as the workout! Stay hydrated. Drink water before a workout, during and definitely after. You can also have some coconut water to boost your electrolytes post workout, perhaps in a smoothie.... Fuel your body after a workout. Good options include oats with protein powder and fruit, protein smoothies, eggs on toast. Magnesium is your best friend. Epsom salt baths are great too! Foam roll every other day. Get into those tights spots and breathe. Include rest days into your week. Your body needs recovery to repair itself and get stronger. Go for a gentle walk or do some yoga instead of another workout. Aim to get a solid 7-9 hours of sleep each night. If you have any tips that work well for you, comment below
