With the closing of gyms and fitness classes, I have decided to create an online platform where we can still have class experiences! - Who is this for? EVERYONE! As long as you have a Facebook account, you are able to become part of this group.... - When will it start? From Monday, 30th March. - What is the cost? $15 PER WEEK (Payments made Monday on a weekly basis however you can leave at any time, you just have to let me know). - What is involved? 3-5 30 minute sessions per week, all body weight so everyone can do them from home, as well as weekly meal and snack ideas, a place for you to share your own meal/snack/exercise, and a platform for general chit-chat around health and fitness. For more information please send me a private message so we can get you set up and ready to go. This is going to be so much fun and I hope to see many of you in this group!



08.01.2022 My food prep from Sunday! You guys would know I used to meal prep every weekend and portion it all out! I still love doing that but right now that just doesn’t suit us. I literally change my mind every hour on what I feel like eating so rather than having full meals prepped, I have different foods ready to go! It definitely still helps SO much and encourages me to choose the healthier options! ... This week I prepped up: carrot and celery sticks, chia pudding (which I top with different berries, granolas, coconut yoghurts etc), orange slices, banana pancakes and some cookies (just regular cookies.. not healthy ones ). As well as this I made up chicken and corn veggie soup and some home made chicken schnitzels! Doing this means I can pick and grab things as to what and when I’m feeling lien certain foods! Still gives me flexibility while having structure and balanced meals. Give it a go!
