At Kingsford job, due to the height limit of the garage, we had to engage a 80 tonner crane to lift the 8 tonner excavator into the backyard to perform the screw pile works for footing. Moments the excavator taking off and landing were all breathtaking.

The 3D concept design of the kitchen has been approved by both builder and owner: Half laminate half polyurethane cabinets, finger pull, 40mm Marron concrete stone benchtop with waterfall for island, and of course quality Bosch brand for cooktop and oven. Manufacturing in progress now, should be ready in 4 weeks. Would love to see the final results in the coming weeks.

19.01.2022 Spending almost 2 weeks with a lot of conversations over the phone and redrawing this floor plan more than 20 times to fit clients needs properly, finally they are very happy with this final plan. Our aim in this lovely project is to design a 80m2 3 bedroom extension with ensuite for each bedroom, and every elements, dimensions of the house have to fit for disability people with wheelchair who is clients uncle, a 85 years old gentleman. Contract time signed for 12 weeks , we aimed to finish in 8 weeks yet we finally ended up handed keys to customers after 10 weeks, a little delay due to the supply of the stone, but its still 2 weeks quicker before the deadline. Not bad at all for a full renovation of a 300m2 house.

09.01.2022 An attached duplex project we have just completed recently in Revesby, tell us what do you think? Full brick with concrete slab, 375 m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas and 4 bathrooms.

09.01.2022 At our fire damaged house rectification project in Campbelltown, the whole structure on 1st floor level was totally gone after a big fire a couple years ago. We have just spent 2 weeks working very hard to clean it up and more than 80tons of contaminated waste have been collected by hands and disposed safely, so the engineer is now able to look at the remaining structure and decide which part can be retain and which part will be demolished and rectified, then we can apply for DA/CDC to get approval for the build and after that is our job: to rebuild and make it new again! Would love to see the outcome of this project in the next few months.

01.01.2022 A good builder knows that every building wants to keep away from problems and issues arising, will definitely needs a solid and strong foundation. Stiffened raft slab will take more time, effort and money to build than waffle pod slab but it surely lasts longer and makes the footing super solid because it is embedded partly in-ground, with edge beams and internal beams which are poured as an intergral part of the slab. It always depends on homeownerss budget but well highly recommend owners to go for raft slab other than waffle pod slab, if they want to stay away from structural issues in the future.
