09.01.2022 Little Dragons is our 3-5 year old program which incorporates a basic curriculum designed to increase gross motor skills and co-ordination. These classes focus ...on improving focus and self-control and basic self-defence techniques taught in a fun and safe environment. We saw some amazing results from our students which is a true testament to their dedication and commitment to training even through these tough few months. Everyone showed great skill and determination today and we are so proud of you all. For most of these students this was their first grading and they absolutely smashed it!! Well done everyone
