20.01.2022 Nepal is in Assessment Level 3 (AL3). What does this means for you? I have seen several posts that indicate that the visas will be tough but all genuine students don’t need to worry about. There are currently 3 risk levels: AL1, AL2 and AL3.... - Level 1 is the lowest risk; - Level 3 is the highest risk. Students applying to the universities in AL2 and AL3 have to demonstrate that they have fund for one year of study and have taken and obtained a suitable score on IELST, TOEFL or PTE as evidence of their English ability. Even while Nepal was AL2, most of the Education providers irrespective of their risk label had already requested students to meet the above requirement.
