22.01.2022 No bench? Do a floor press Sore shoulders? Do a floor press Feeling blah? Do it under the big gym sky, soak up some vitamin D and feel awesome! The floor press is fantastic for some big chest building, healthy shoulders, wholesome goodness. I also did some dips and banded pushups in this workout. Unless of course you have a...BACKPACK Just fill up your backpack with anything heavy...big books, bricks, large drink containers, cans, dark thoughts and you can make your weight as heavy or light as you need This workout I’m doing back, shoulders and triceps...it’s heavy, it works, enjoy!

05.01.2022 Fact: The ONLY way to reduce body fat is to be in a calorie deficit. I don’t care what diet you’re on, if it’s working it’s because you’re in a calorie deficit. If it’s not working then you’re not. And It really doesn’t matter how often you workout if you’re not in a calorie deficit. Working out has so many amazing benefits but when it comes to burning calories, it’s just not a great option. ... A much better option is to track your calories for 3 weeks and workout what your calorie deficit is. Then be patient. It takes time to legit drop body fat. People who drop rapidly in weight are also dropping fluid and in most cases muscle...which is a big problem!
