20.01.2022 Jennifer travelled to China with Nexus in late 2018, and has kindly taken the time to share her experiences: "We normally travel independently but the Grab One offer for 11 Days China Tour including flights at a very reasonable price was too good to miss. I can not recommend more highly the Nexus Tour operation. (Beijing started 16th October from NZ) We had a wonderful guide, John. What a gem! He attended to the entire bus full remembering names and needs. His knowledge of t...he special places we visited was excellent and added to that there was a local guide added at each place and area to introduce us to all the knowledge we could digest and more! They were all wonderful people with very good English. Amy was a wonderful guide around the Beijing area and to the Great Wall. John was available 24 hours and on full alert from early morning to late at night when each power-packed day ended. The Hotels were excellent! These were all better than we would ever stay in when travelling. The breakfasts were great! Our shared, included lunches were very adequate to very good and some excellent. The Tourist places set up to provide a bus full (or many bus-fulls) coped amazingly well. As we were seated by the table full out came hot delicious food bowl after bowl. If you left the table unsatisfied it was by choice. Every day we crammed in many visits to special places and John added in more along the way just because he could. I was very impressed with his patience!! Every day ran perfectly well with minimal hiccups. The additional shows and side trips were all well worthwhile and we highly recommend that clients include everything on their trip why not. Also you will have to wait while others enjoy these so it seems a bit sad to not include everything. Travelling is not for the weary, negative or unfit. If you have a physical condition that slows you up ask for a wheelchair to be on board and available as someone is always willing to push you around if necessary. We had two other local guides Davey and Han. They were both fun and professional, informative and interesting. Our drivers were excellent. We had a few terrifying trips after the tour that certainly highlighted how good and PATIENT our drivers were. What I have not said is how wonderful China is on all levels. Find out for yourself."

Youll see 87 unique treasures from the National Palace Museum, Taipei, including paintings, calligraphy, illustrated books, bronzes, ceramics, jade and wood carvings, dating from the Neolithic period to the 19th century.

Wow, wow, wow!! What an incredible country. The tour was so much more than I expected and the smooth way it was organised by Nexus Holidays right from my initial inquiries with Inspiring Vacations through to landing back home was seamless. The whole trip was expertly handled and de...livered more than I could have asked for. The food was great and plentiful. All the accommodation was 5 star and very comfortable. Each day our entry to the sites was quick and easy. Very well organised overall. Most importantly our tour guide John. His knowledge, humour, patience, professionalism and attention to the group (family) were flawless. John is clearly very passionate about his job and his enthusiasm shone brighter than the Shanghai lights. We were all very lucky to have him guide us through an amazing country. From the first day we booked with Nexus Holidays Australia they looked after us, organising everything and no questions or concerns were too hard for them. The guides we had Kevin in Xian, Jing in Beijing, then Gavin and the local guides were so professional, courteous, helpful, informative and entertaining, full of pride and knowledge of their China. China, what a revelation- so clean, colourful, vibrant and modern, Hong Kong came well and truly last place behind the mainland China cities.
