16.01.2022 A pantry clean and tidy : Took a total of 1.5hrs - (still have one shelf to do next week) Any expired/out of date or opened packets that were not sealed in some way were disposed of and taken to the dump with everything fresh reorganised. ... With this home, the clients focal point to begin with is getting everything organised again so that we can then tackle the cleaning tasks throughout the home easier. Fingers crossed it will make it more manageable to keep on top of! Will post more updates as we go through linen cupboards, Tupperware drawers and more!!
14.01.2022 I am not usually one to post about my life outside of work on my company page, let alone the negative sides but I feel like this needs to be spread on every platform I can before making an official police statement tomorrow. PLEASE READ SO YOH ARE AWARE Today I went to get 4 brand new tyres put on my car (as some of you know I tend to not drive with the best tyres) but anyways ... I went into Caboolture Discount Tyres on Beerburrum road. Spent 3hrs there and had one of the ...staff members completely shatter my car door drivers window. Being a business owner myself, break something you pay for it. Same goes in a company. A staff member breaks something the company fixes it. The joys of insurance and employing those you trust and believe better your company in ever way. Well after having my window shattered across the front seats and floors (apparently just shut the door and it smashed) the owner of this business not only refused to get this repaired and replaced but spent the next few hours hauling abuse, threats and every name under the sun at me. Standing up out of his chair to try and go above me intimidating me further. He would place his hand up to shush me or simply yell over the top of me. A bystander made a post today warning all she could after police were contacted to try and resolve this. The owner would not seem to let me pay for my tyres and leave. Anyways, I walked out of there with 4 dodgy tyres, no window, a door card full of shatter glass, glass all over my cars interior and a whole lote less tears in the back of my eyes. Still $400 less rich yet filled with a whole lot more regret than if I went elsewhere. I have attached a few photos for reference of how he was speaking to me in person as well as over social media, as he is now attacking me further. Please everyone DO NOT GO HERE!
14.01.2022 Just a little update for all of NFP’s clients. The new month will bring many challenges as we have said goodbye to Paige, wishing her all of the best with her upcoming new adventure! Some schedule changes will be implemented to fit everyone in still as best I can. ... Please note this month will be a few trials of new employee possibilities. If this is to happen in your home, I will be asking approval first and also discounting your cleans total cost. Please bare with me over the next few weeks as it may get a bit crazy. As always standards will not drop and I’ll ensure each home is cleaned to the NFP standards as always! 03.01.2022 ABUSE IS NOT TOLERATED I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was just spoken to by a client. Not only was I threatened personally but the language/tone is unacceptable. It is my right to say I am not comfortable doing something in your home, or even coming to you’re home for that matter. ... While I try to keep all of my current, past and future clients happy ... My safety, along with Paige’s is my number one priority. Those who throw threats, speak to me with vulgar language etc will be immediately banned from our page and will no longer be on our clientele list.
