18.01.2022 Our New Family Home Project Group had finished up our mini Restoration, Refreshing, Refurbished and Rejuvenated this cosy and compact 2Bedrooms apartment in the Center of Armadale. We did both interior and exterior paints job, #painting #carpet Replacement New Carpet Replaced... #patchup #plastering #brickwork To all holes, cracked and removed the unused old wall-mounted heating unit. Change LED light bulbs and install new shades covers. Replacing new doorknob lever handles. #doorknob #grout #caulking New security door reolaced #securitydoors New grout and caulk to the kitchen area. #cleaning Homemaking to welcome the new potential buyer. Please do check out this gorgeous apartment if you are looking for sometime nice & easy to maintain to start with which is away from the traffic & crowded, however still within the distance to the CBD. 12.01.2022 NFHPG has accomplished a major flipup project in Dandenong North 3 weeks ago. Our team were privilege to be given this opportunity to transform the spacious 4 bedrooms, bathroom, and ensuite, kitchen and laundry. The house has been sitting strong for the last 50 years and once the tenants decided to return the rundown house to our humble owners, our term had called in to immediately to start the project from A-Z... We strip off almost the entire place in a very short timeframe from #Aluminiumwindows #glazing From the old wooden frames, we replaced modern Aluminium frames with awnings new glazes windows.
