25.01.2022 Did you know that AKR operates a 24/7 Koala Rescue Service 365 days a year? Koalas keep rolling in from both bushfire affected areas in the Adelaide Hills... and other reasons including koalas hit by car and attacked by dogs. The AKR Rescue Crew and our veterinary team are still working day and night to save these poor souls. This weeks temperatures will again soar with tomorrow hitting 40 degrees celsius. These fire impacted koalas have already endured enough so please help us continue to find them. The sooner koalas like this boy are found, the better their chances of surviving. If you find a koala needing help, please call AKR on 0413 185 771 To donate visit www.akr.org.au #bushfire #cudleecreek #lobethal #cudleecreekfire #adelaidehills #habitatlost #nomoretrees #burnvictims #adelaidekoalarescue #sabushfires #savingkoalas #bushfireappeal #dontate #AKR #rescue #save #sabushfires #australiabushfires #koala #koalas #surviving #heat #australiansummer #rescueservice #Adelaide See more

24.01.2022 Bushfire Appeal - http://bit.ly/wpfbushfire The last few weeks has seen the sanctuary become increasingly surrounded by bushfires, most of which continue to bu...rn out of control and move dangerously close to us at Laguna, New South Wales. With the enormity of the fires apparent and the safety of all residents being the number one priority, a decision was made early on to evacuate as many of the 120+ animal residents as possible. Most of the animals have now been temporarily relocated to safety at various properties around New South Wales. We are aiming to raise funds to assist with the cost of transportation, vet care and feed for our temporarily relocated residents. http://bit.ly/wpfbushfire See more

The new eligibility requirements allow charities to access the JobKeeper payment if they have seen a 15 per cent decline in revenue. This will apply to all registered charities, including those with a turnover of more than $1 billion. #JobKeeperPayment #NFP
