You can AFTERPAY (we have it in both Australia and NZ) or do the 8 week layby. This is for whanau that have already settled their account, if you still have an order outstanding, that needs to be cleared before its too late and the images are gone.... 2019 was a big year for us, we were flat out with trips and then editing. Normally I hold onto images for 3-6mths after a order has been completed and sent. Last year I didnt have time to sort through the mountain of folders (over 200 ) And then RONA happened and I thought I should hold on to them abit longer. These gorgeous young Tane were part of a whanau of 17 in the shoot. ... We went to a whanau whare, setup our studio and spent an awesome day with all the whanau.

17.01.2022 2020 is almost finished. 11 more sleeps and we can kiss her huckery, tetere backside goodbye! Its been an incredibly hard year on so many people but we made it. Bit beaten up, pakaru and tired but still made it. I had a huge health scare this year and its put a different perspective on life for me..... Love those that love you, forget those that only want you on their terms. Help others if and when you can. Its OK if you can’t. Your kaupapa will not be the same as others, thats OK too. Don’t be embarrassed if your in a better position than others in life. You worked for it, enjoy the fruits of your labour. Loved making this piece even though my body is officially broken coz I couldnt leave it alone Yes I am fully aware Traditional Tukutuku Panels are made with Toetoe and Pingao, I live in Western Australia and cant source those materials.... Bottom border represents Papatuanuku (Earth) Top border is Ranginui (Sky) side border is Rangis arms reaching for Papa. Blue stairs are Poutama (Stairway to Heaven) Silver under Pou is Wairua (Spirits) on their journey to heaven. Silver Stars are Matariki (Seven Sisters) in their constellation as they sit in the sky. Big Blue is Marama (Moon) 7 Blue are the planets (8th is Papa)

13.01.2022 WARNING: RANT ABOUT TO DROP! This business is the awesome Marcus Poa from Give a Bro a show. Small business man in Sydney thats an absolute gorgeous human. Ive had his gorgeous tamariki for a photoshoot. Just as beautiful as mum and dad. A new promotion hes doing is his Kutai in a Handmade crate.... Im absolutely disgusted with our people in the ignorant negative comments about his prices. The one that stands out the most is ripping his own people off THIS comment infuriates me. He is selling NZ Green Lip Kutai in a Handmade Crate that has taken HOURS to make. Just because you are Maori does NOT mean you should get a cheaper price from a Maori business. Small Maori Business STILL have the SAME running costs as the NON Maori small business. For us here in Australia trying to make a go of things ourselves and provide for our whanau ANYTHING to do with going home or bringing a piece of home here cost US A FORTUNE to do! That cheaper price you feel you should get because you think your entitled because your Maori buying from Maori, that means something less WE can provide for OUR whanau, kai, clothes, schooling costs, roof over our heads. Would YOU sacrifice your whanau needs for a stranger just to make them happy?? HELL NO! One of the main reasons small Maori Business don’t survive is they think they should give their services and products away for cheap to those that take advantage and con them into lowering their prices. THATS RIPPING MAORI OFF! EDUCATE yourself! That means planning future upcoming trips and posting those details. 06.01.2022 Our main priority during all our shoots is to make sure whanau feel safe, comfortable, instil confidence in themselves and their natural beauty and just to feel meke as. We treat our clients as whanau, your kids are my kids, your moko, mine too How our whanau feel during and after a shoot with us is more important to us than anything else.... Most of our bookings now are from word of mouth, reviews from whanau or them sharing their own beautiful images and that is priceless to us. Tamariki are number 1 in a shoot and control how a session goes, I wont force a child to do anything they arent keen on and I wont let parents do it either. I have been known to throw parents out that have been too hard and demanding on their kids. I need my tamariki chill, calm and happy to get the very best out of them. 05.01.2022 Kia Ora Whanau. We are still getting a huge amount of enquiries about shoots in other States and New Zealand. We are BASED in PERTH Western Australia.... Our borders are CLOSED to all non essential travel. Our Premier has not given any indication of when our border will open and we are free to travel out of WA. We are hoping for next month but have to wait and see. Once we are able to travel again and can organise a trip, State, Town, Venue, Location, Travel arrangements we WILL PANUI on our page. We arent keeping lists anymore of folks wanting to know when we are coming to a town, the volume has simply been too high and we cant manage all of the requests coming through. Ask whanau (you know the MEKE ones that actually FOLLOW and SUPPORT your mahi) to share to their pages. Most of us are too whakamaa to ask for help, myself included so I thought I one way I can help tautoko and ahwi other whanau business is to share to my own page.
