19.01.2022 This is what eating well and strength training does! The picture on the right was Feb 2016 and 78.6kg. The photo on the left was August 2016 - 6 months difference and down 8.9kg. When Nicola and I started working together her main goals were to drop the weight (below 70kg) and build up strength. I worked with her to figure out the best training and eating plans that would work for her to allow her to reach her goals. ... Nicola isn't a huge fan of cardio, and loved the challenge that strength-training provided her so together we started a program to build up her lean muscle mass and work on her nutrition. In 6 months, Nicola is now down to a size 8 (from size 12), has lost 8.9kg, deadlifting 110kg, squatting 90kg and can do full sets of weighted ab rollouts (ouch!).
