21.01.2022 Lock up inspections today . We check everything presented to us on site. This one has a few issues that we detected at this stage inspection. Brickwork not meeting current standard . Floor in master room has no support on edges , the carpenter has forgot to put the plastic joiner in the sheet flooring . Site supervisor said oh !!! Anything else, We said report to follow . 30 defects detected in this new build . Know what your building.
