14.01.2022 This house was in desperate need of some attention when NH Homes became involved. Externally the house was raised, concrete stumps were replaced with steel posts and it was fully repainted, inside and out, including the roof. Internally, asbestos was removed, all walls were re-sheeted in gyprock and all windows were replaced before installation of the new kitchen, bathroom and floor coverings. The addition of a new timber deck and flyover Cookdeck roof system has created ...more living space with an outdoor area that is shaded and private. Two new glass sliding doors were installed from the bedroom and dining room to open on to the new deck capturing sea breezes and allowing natural light to flow through. This property was completely transformed into a functional, low maintenance property with quality fittings and good street appeal. 12.01.2022 The award winning Tree House project was the result of a major renovation and extension to expand and modernise this home with as little disruption to the surrounding trees and environment as possible. The entire top level was demolished, including asbestos removal, before NH Homes created a brand new spacious, open plan kitchen with butlers pantry, wide verandah, oversize bedrooms, indoor garden and stylish bar area. Access during this build was a challenge due to the location on a sloping block amongst the trees yet NH Homes managed to seamlessly intergrate the new top floor with the existing lower level. NH Homes was awarded the Master Builders Wide Bay Burnett Home Renovation/Remodelling Project $576,000 - $1 million award for the Tree House in 2016.

The four bedroom home features quality floor tiles throughout the living areas with both bathrooms ...tiled to the ceiling as well. 06.01.2022 Another NH Homes transformation complete! This low-set brick veneer home needed to be modernised and refreshed so the new owners could call it home. After the safe removal of asbestos, the family room was extended with new windows and cladding, greatly increasing the living area inside. New Trendstone benchtops with Stylelite cupboards plus a walk in pantry with ample shelving have created a sophisticated and functional kitchen space. The ensuite and bathroom were also com...pletely remodeled, with new stone top vanities, tiling to the ceiling and new plumbing fittings. The old internal archways were removed, new robes installed and light fittings replaced throughout. The long narrow garage was converted into a single garage space, tiled office and spacious WIR to compliment the main bedroom. Durable white floor tiles in all living areas contrast perfectly with the dark carpeted bedroom floors creating a stylish, contemporary ambience. During the build, the owners decided to render the front of the house which has greatly improved the home's street appeal. An entire repaint inside and out, including the roof, was the icing on the cake to rejuvenate this large family home. At the conclusion of a stress-free renovation the owners were impressed and delighted with the finished product.
