25.01.2022 Out and about: Hitting crime hotspots It’s 6am on a Tuesday morning in a quiet Mentone street, and the Caulfield Divisional Response Unit (DRU) is raiding the property of a suspected drug dealer. The suspect is arrested, and property searched. Neighbours approach police to thank them for their work the property has been the scene of fights, screaming, and suspicious visitors at all hours. 24.01.2022 OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR IN CHADSTONE Do you recognise this man? Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding an incident where a male offender has spat several times into a retail store, narrowly missing store employees at Chadstone Shopping Centre. The male then casually walked away.... The offence occurred at 11:24am on the 22nd of July, 2020. Investigators have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with enquiries. 23.01.2022 The Blue Ribbon Foundation Now have new summer Blue Ribbon masks. These masks still have the same comfort features as the original masks but have a lighter outer layer, adjustable ear straps and the iconic blue ribbon on the right-hand side. The summer masks are $9.95 with postage included.... While some of the mask restrictions may be relaxed it is likely that masks will continue to be needed in some settings. 19.01.2022 OFFICIAL: Update from Police on Mail Theft in Glen Eira Thanks to CCTV provided from various victims, an offender was identified. Last week Police from Caulfield Uniform conducted surveillance on a address known to be frequented by an offender. A search warrant was executed & the offender was arrested.... Results: 27 items were seized from possibly 20+ different victims. Cheque books, credit cards, bank cards, supplements & clothing were seized. Preliminary investigations revealed 1 of the cheque books has been used by the offender with $4500 worth of cheques cashed without the victim being aware. Investigations are ongoing regarding items seized and locating victims and returning their stolen property to them. The offender was Charged and Bailed to the Magistrates Court with strict conditions not to enter the City of Glen Eira. Please note Photo is generic and not of the offender

08.01.2022 Elsternwick Theft Investigators have been told a man attended the Glen Huntly Road supermarket about 8.45am on 10 October.
