24.01.2022 On the 9th of December 2019, at 12.45pm, two males attended an address in Mary Street, Emerald. The males entered the property in a vehicle displaying false pla...tes. The males forced access to the garage of the premises, upon entering the garage the alarm has activated causing the males to flee. The first male is perceived to be between 35-45 years old, Caucasian, unshaven, with ashy/grey coloured hair, a small tattoo on upper left arm, wearing a blue Asics top, black Ripcurl cap, sunglasses, black pants and sneakers. The second male is perceived to be between 45-50 years old, with olive complexion, unshaven, short dark hair, wearing red/black/white board-shorts, black shoes, black singlet, sunglasses and a bucket hat. The vehicle is a white older model Holden utility with a tray. 02.01.2022 At 4.45 am this morning (7/1/20) Southern Metro Division 3 Divisional Response Unit executed a Firearms and Drugs Poisons and Controlled Substances Act search w...arrant at a residential premises in Officer. CIRT assisted in the execution of the warrant. Two occupants were home at the time and one male, a 46 year old male who resides at the premises was arrested. The premises was searched and a total of seven imitation firearms were seized as well as knuckle dusters and a large quantity of ammunition. The male was interviewed at the Narre Warren Police Station and charged with 7 x counts of Prohibited Person Possess Imitation Firearm, Possess cartridge ammunition without licence or permit and Possess Prohibited Weapon. He was bailed with conditions to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates Court on 28th February 2020.
