Victim heard noise at front door of house and went to investigate. Victim observed male offender Caucasian, early 30’s with dark blonde messy hair. Offender used a fist to smash window adjacent to front door. Offender left towards Eley Rd. Barbara St Vermont Attempt. 04.01.2022 The Blue Line In terms of crime, the Whitehorse Police Service area is delivering a strong decrease in our total crime. Whilst this is very pleasing it is not a time for complacency; we will be continuing to focus on the crime theme of theft from motor vehicles, with particular attention being paid to theft of number plates which is highly represented in our crime figures. We know that it is highly likely that theft of number plates is often linked to further offending and w...e need the community’s help to break this cycle through use of tamper proof one way screws on your vehicles registration plates. These can be attained at the Neighbourhood Watch Safe Plate days (keep an eye out for upcoming dates) and most police stations. As always please look after yourselves and be kind to each other.
