25.01.2022 Here comes the second Sunday Nia Dance Jam! Jump on line this Sunday at 3.45pm, and dance with others across Australia to great music. Why not invite your nearest and dearest to join in - everybody welcome!

22.01.2022 Nia classes at Milton Masonic Hall are set to start on Tuesday 16 June at 10am. Similarly, M2H classes at the same venue will start on Friday 19 June at 11am. Please contact Noël on ph 0402 058 899 to confirm your attendance as the classes are currently capped at 10 people. Other venues are not yet open at Kioloa, Milton CWA, St Georges Basin & Nowra. We will keep posting as they open and classes can get going. Yey!

21.01.2022 READY, get set, go! Nia face to face classes are getting READY - not yet setting a start date and not yet in go mode. As our community enters Step 1 of the COVID19 recovery plan, your local Nia teachers (Noel, Kerrie, Lyn & Peter) are opting to wait and see how Step 1 actually goes before setting a start date for classes. We are getting ready by preparing new routines, joining on-line classes and enjoying Niatv.fit . Peter is conducting on line classes - if interested, leave a message here. Meanwhile, we are so looking forward to dancing in person with you all again.

14.01.2022 All set and ready to re-open Nia classes at all venues from Monday 15 June onwards. Please check timetable as not all classes have returned. Currently class numbers are capped at 20 people - be sure to check available spaces with the class teacher. Looking forward to seeing and dancing with everybody again.

06.01.2022 Greetings to everybody! Thank you for continuing to support both your own health and the viability of Nia classes by attending classes every week. Good news for people who work - there's a NEW EVENING class starting this week on Thursdays 5.30pm at Milton Masonic Hall with Lyn Symons. All classes are COVID safe. Please check with teachers that there is a space for you as class numbers are limited by the size of the venue. see flyer for details of place, days, times and teacher contacts.

03.01.2022 More GOOD news! Nia classes at Milton CWA Hall will start on Monday 15 June & Thursday 18 June both at 9am with Kerrie. At the same venue, Lyn will start on Saturday 20 June at 9am. As all classes are currently limited to 10 people, please contact your teacher and let them know you want to attend - Kerrie 0417 312 290 & Lyn 0438 541 607. We are still waiting to hear about the halls at St Georges Basin, Kioloa & Nowra.
