17.01.2022 OK Google: What is Mindful Movement? Mindful movement is something that sounds way more complicated than it actually is. In the simplest terms, mindful movement is a great way to check in with your body and what it's asking for in terms of physical activity, rather than forcing it into something you feel like you "should" be doing.

17.01.2022 It has been a long, strenuous and challenging time of transformation for us all this year. We have been provided with an opportunity to grow and reassess our beliefs, what we do, and how we choose to show up in the world. The idea of developing a "covid plan" in order to return to the hall and face to face classes, does not align with my personal philosophy on the alleged pandemic matter.... So, even when other movement practitioners returned to face to face classes, I continued online and began work on creating some new FreedomJo offerings, which are still in development. I hope that you have found enjoyable ways to move and care for your body and heart over recent times. Look at my top and by design you’ll see I have a small rounded ball that together with your shoulder blade gives flight, grace and power to your hand, arm, and core gestures. Look at my bottom and you’ll see your elbow joint. When I am not in use I love to hang at your sides to help keep your shoulders down and relaxed. Always there for you, notice that I act in response to what you f...eel. If you feel afraid, you will find me hugging inward to hold and keep you safe. If you feel excited, you’ll notice me moving wildly about. Like ski poles, the two of me help to keep you balanced by slightly swinging across your body as you walk.
