08.01.2022 Nearly all ready for this years Bay of Fires Winter Arts Festival. This is the debut for 'Lone Tree'. It has already had some fantastic critical review when it was featured in Large Format Photography Australia, this was one of the responses ... I love the Taoist contortions of the rock strata and the bold play of light illuminating the folds. The bleak, skeletal portrayal of the tree is a poignant contrast against the ritous colour of the wall and speaks a lot of the harsh conditions of Kalbarri. Looking forward to seeing you there ;)
